Spin-Off of HarborLink Division Creating HarborLink Network, Ltd.

Dayton, OH - Today, The R.B. Tangeman Co., Inc. of Dayton, OH announced the successful spin-off of their HarborLink
Network Division into HarborLink Network, Ltd. The move prepares HarborLink Network for rapid growth in the competitive
market of wireless Internet "Hot Spots", City "Hot Zones" and municipal wireless services.
HarborLink Network's President and CEO Rick Tangeman feels the
move will allow for greater flexibility while maintaining the customer service focus that has made HarborLink's
service a favorite among its many users. "We have taken our time preparing for the moment that HarborLink
was ready for wide-scale deployment. Now is that time and we are poised to take on the wireless market in a fresh,
new way that will definitely turn heads." Immediate expansion plans include additional HarborLink venues in
Minnesota, Texas, Michigan, and Ohio and the completion of the 1 square mile of downtown Dayton, OH that will eventually
become a showpiece of outdoor wireless mesh architecture.
